Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Website use
This website provides general information about WEBORA Studio and its services. You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the site or its content.
2. Project scope
Each client project should have a written proposal, scope, quotation or agreement describing deliverables, timelines, dependencies and commercial terms. Where such a document exists, it governs the project-specific work.
3. Payments
Payment schedules are agreed per project. Work may be paused when agreed payments are overdue. Third-party charges such as domain names, hosting, software subscriptions, ad spend or paid assets are separate unless the written scope says otherwise.
4. Revisions and approvals
Revision rounds, approval windows and feedback responsibilities should be defined in the project scope. Delayed or consolidated feedback can move delivery dates.
5. Delivery and acceptance
Delivery means the agreed project outputs are provided in the agreed format. Client review and acceptance should happen within the time stated in the project agreement where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership or usage rights for final deliverables, source files, third-party assets, templates, software and pre-existing materials depend on the written agreement and any applicable licences. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties should treat non-public business, technical and commercial information received during a project as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public.
8. Termination and cancellation
Cancellation terms, work completed, committed costs and any refundable amount should be handled according to the written project agreement and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Third-party services
Websites may depend on hosting providers, payment gateways, social platforms, APIs or other third-party services. Their availability and policies are outside WEBORA Studio’s direct control.
10. No guaranteed business outcome
Digital services can improve presentation, discoverability or campaign execution, but specific sales, search rankings, leads or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
