1. Before work starts
Cancellation before project work begins is handled according to the written quotation or agreement. Third-party charges that have already been committed may be non-refundable.
2. After work begins
For custom development, design, content or marketing work, any refund is considered against the scope already completed, committed costs, third-party purchases and the terms of the signed agreement.
3. Deposits and milestone payments
Where a project uses deposits or milestones, the exact treatment of those payments should be stated in writing before work starts.
4. Ad spend and third-party tools
Advertising media spend, domains, hosting, subscriptions, premium assets and other third-party fees are generally not controlled by WEBORA once purchased or committed and may not be refundable by the third party.
5. Requests
Send cancellation or refund requests to weborastudiozz@gmail.com with the project name and reason. We will review the request against the applicable written terms.
