How WEBORA Studio handles personal information shared through this website.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy is written for the current static website and describes the information we may receive when you contact us, apply for an opportunity, or use third-party links on the site. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework was enacted in 2023, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified by MeitY on November 14, 2025.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on what you choose to submit, this can include your name, email address, phone number, selected service, project message, portfolio link, job application details and any other information you include in your enquiry.
2. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, prepare project discussions or quotations, communicate about services and provide support. Application information is used to evaluate the application and communicate about relevant opportunities.
3. How it is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate a requested service or project, and with the relevant people involved in evaluating or delivering that request, subject to applicable agreements and law.
4. Email and WhatsApp links
This site uses direct email and WhatsApp links. Following those links moves the conversation into the relevant third-party service, which may process information under its own privacy terms.
5. Forms on this static site
Contact and career forms do not upload data into a WEBORA-hosted database in this build. Instead, JavaScript prepares an email draft in the visitor’s email client. For career applications, the site intentionally does not claim to have uploaded or stored a resume.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry or application information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, ongoing business communication, record keeping, dispute handling or legal obligations. Actual retention periods may vary by project or record type.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and the systems used. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your requests
You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with an enquiry or application, request correction where appropriate, or ask for deletion where applicable. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
9. Children
This website is intended for business and professional use and is not directed specifically at children. Please do not submit information on behalf of a child unless you are authorised to do so.
10. Cookies and analytics
The current static build does not intentionally set non-essential WEBORA cookies. Third-party assets or linked services can have their own technical storage or tracking practices. If analytics or advertising pixels are added later, this policy and the cookie notice should be updated before deployment.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, services, technology or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of the page identifies the latest revision.
